THE REV. PETER MUNSON

RECTOR, ST. AMBROSE EPISCOPAL CHURCH, BOULDER, COLORADO

Peter has been an Episcopal priest since 1991.  His passions are preaching, teaching, and writing.  He loves helping people discover meaning and transformation through a relationship with God, and by finding themselves in the Biblical story.  The very best part of his life is his marriage to Julia.  Peter also loves being a parent, climbing mountains, running, and baseball.

What We Do In Our Relationship That Works
(What We’ve Learned After 21 Years Together):

We look forward to revealing our thoughts, feelings, dreams, and challenges to each other, because we’ve learned that doing this leads to a deeper connection between us.

We allow difficult places in the relationship to become opportunities for learning about ourselves and our partner.

We have a structure for creating intimacy and maintaining it.

We are consistently on the lookout for God’s grace and guidance.

We support and honor each other’s spiritual development and growth.

We can talk about anything, including the “untouchable” topics that many couples avoid.

We’re best friends and relish spending time together.
